Come on the weekend - preferably Sunday to see these apartments in all it's true glory. Trash is not picked up frequently enough, repairs are made in the cheapest way imaginable. Recycling bin is so hard to reach and open most of us don't bother recycling - but many of us would like to! Communication is kinda rude. If I could give this property a 0 start review I would. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! Be warned they have a serious roach infestation and the pest control can come all the time but it is never resolved. The roaches will crawl into bed with you and sit at the kitchen counter while you cook. They also have real dangerous spider issues like black widows. The buildings are not being maintained properly, you'll find broken or damaged structures all over. The windows have built up moss because no one is... cleaning the outside. The pool area is nice, but rarely open to use. They want to charge for parking passes which is ridiculous, not to mention they say it's a gated property but the gate hasn't worked in over a year, per one of the staff. It was so bad, living condition wise, my child didn't want to come on visits and refused to eat any food stored or prepared in the house. First thing if you care about your kids do not move here, schools are bad the community it is a disaster, dirty, no maintenance response, the units are in bad condition and they don't fix it. the trash dispose it is always over flooding of trash, the pool and gym are always close never available for the residents, police are always here with issues that happen all the time. we move here with out knowing and I can't wait for the lease to end. there is never parking available. people dring like... crazy with loud music. If you like roaches then this is the place for you! Seriously though, my apartment is infested. So much so that they're allowing me to break my lease. This place is disgusting. 0/5 stars.

I would recommend this apartment community because I was very satisfied with the level of help I received during the application process and how informative and patient each staff member have been with me. Also, this community wasn't the first I've visited but it was my final choice.
