Repairs are delayed

Staff and service personnel are unprofessional. Many buildings are in poor condition and have water damage through out. Roofs with blue tarps and water intrusion.

Woodlake villas is a great community and affordable. Maintenance is always on top of things and always willing to help.they keep their community active with activities contests and food trucks. My stay here has been great. No complaints at all
