unprofessional employers , don’t do walk throughs don’t send a final bill then. you have a collection agency harrassing you but won’t tell you why you would owe over $400 on a one bedroom apt. then you go back and forth with the manager n he tells you he will take care of it for months only to land in collections , then you speak with the manager and he lies and says he is taking care of it only to call the collection agency and the collection is still active without ever getting a bill

Very Peaceful Place To Live
I have read some of these reviews and I have to tell you, I have lived here for almost 3 years and I've never had a problem. It is very peaceful, quiet, tranquil, it's like a slice of heaven. Kayla and Stephanie are amazing managers. We have had some in the past, but these two rock! The Maintenance Team, my personal favorite, Ryan! He is on top of it! He gets it done! Tim is not far behind. The amenities are awesome. They recently renovated the pool area, adding a new grilling station and... some pretty amazing furniture. It's like a big happy family here. I love it.

Amazing apartments
I really love living here. Everything is close yet it sits away from the city life. All of my neighbors are great! The new manager George is really on top of things. I LOVE the pool area it is so relaxing.

Love the location
I'm only 5 minutes away from my job and I don't have to go far for grocery shopping, food, and gym. 95 is around the corner whenever I have to go north or south. The office people are always willing to help with any questions. I couldn't be happier!!
