Very cute concept
Positives: very cute, cottage looking apartments. Small community with pool and gym, very close to shopping and dining. The countertops are quarts, they are stylish.
Negatives: Neither shower or bath enclosure opens from the left so you stand there freezing with cold water blasting you, no linen closet at all, no pantry at all, no medicine cabinet at all, very tiny walk in closet, small bedroom closets, No storage closet. The walls are very thin. I can hear my neighbor in quiet polite... conversation, I can hear intimate relations through the wall. I covered entire wall with acoustic panels, it helped maybe 20%. No loud music, no loud voice, you can hear everything. The baseboards are half inch to 1/4 inch not reaching the floor, this acquires filth, mold, bugs. The cannot comprehend the necessity of calk. Fun fact, water is over $80 monthly for one person, $35 monthly for valet trash pick up that does not come on Friday or Saturdays. IDK, I love the convenience and proximity to things, but at the highest rent in Palm Coast, they should do better.
