My husband and I lived at Palm Springs Apartments for 1 year and had to move out due to a german roach infestation. I have always been a clean freak, take the trash out right after dinner, and do not have clutter. Once we noticed roaches coming into our unit we cleaned and put everything we owned in sealed containers, had our cabinets empty, used paper plates, cleaned after every meal, took trash out immediately, and STILL had roaches coming down from the unit above us. Management would have... pest control come spray our unit but we were not the source and they did not even use bait so the infestation did not get resolved. They needed to treat the other units. It was disgusting to live there. The new management team is very rude and did even less to attempt to fix the roach issue than the previous manager Erin.

PARKING sucks. They give out parking tickets like crazy if you are over on your guest parking limit and they barely give you enough time for guests to park if you have family come visit from out of town. We also had our license plates changed shortly after we moved in and the office was closed for a few days due to a hurricane so I could not get ahold of them so I planned to go in to the office the very first day they would be open again. WHILE the office was STILL CLOSED, both of our cars got tickets each day the office was closed due to our cars having new plates. It was not possible for me to get ahold of anyone at the office. The manager did not want to give me my money back when it was their fault and I contacted them as soon as they were open.

The gate is also always broken because the people living there are incapable of following simple rules. We had a weird guy who didn’t live there follow us from the laundry room asking us questions then later that night he kept knocking at our door, I did not feel safe there.

If you desire to live in a cleanly environment, have professional and respectful management/staff this place is NOT for you. I had so much anxiety living there, our quality of life has greatly improved as soon as we moved out. Read More

Bad management. Got denied on my application because the staff is too lazy to put actual effort into tenant screenings. Also unprofessional calling offer letters fraudulent, basically accusing us of lying. Never responds to emails, and seems only out to collect application money which btw for 2 people is 300 dollars. They are rude and will sound like they do not want to deal with you, which also fairly obvious by denying for a problem that could be fixed if they did there job right. Palm Springs Apartments is great place to live. the parking areas and roadways were just coated. The office staff did an outstanding job setting up and completing the project. Erin,Yvette, and Ester are the best
