I have had the best experiance with the flats at ninth, I am so glad I took a chance with them because I have been nothing but happy and well taken care of by Clayton! He is extremely welcoming and easy to talk to, please come check them out!

Management has been kind and so helpful. Clayton and Nora have been quick to respond and eager to help. Maintenance has been very responsive amd easily accessible. They are so kind and pleasant amd also equally eager to help and answer questions. The pool is awesome and neighbors are so friendly. We are happy we chose the Flats and look forward to meeting other neighbors!

I cannot get ahold of anyone to save my life. Would love to apply, I've called 5 times and sent 3 emails and have received nothing but automated emails letting me know they'll get to me soon, and eventually those stopped coming too. Their prices and availability are different on every website you look at. Makes me wonder how they treat actual residents if this is how they treat potential residents.

Nora is great to work with and helped us every step of the way. From the application process to moving out. Great location, minutes from Restraunts, Mall, Ascension Sacred Heart and Children's Hospital. Affordable. There was a maintenance issue the day we moved in and they were there within the hour to fix. My only 3 complaints would be.. 1.pet area is rock not very paw friendly 2. People would not pick up after there pets in any area, so that was hard to enjoy play time with my dog due to... having to watch were we stepped or ran in the grass 3. No folding table or area in laundry facility for those that want to fold while there waiting on other loads to finish.
