Plumbing is sensitive; please do not pour or flush grease, glass, metal, plastics, sanitary napkins, tampons, seafood shells, fish scales, diapers, rags, clothing, explosives, flammable material, oil, or strong chemicals down any drain, as a fine of up to $500 will apply. No fireworks of any kind are allowed on the property. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure.
