Parking can accommodate up to two vehicles in the driveway parked side to side. If you need an additional parking spot, there's a section in the community called Lava Tree Dr where you can find extra parking spots for overflow parking. During the day, you can park in the Clubhouse parking lot, but overnight parking is not permitted.

Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Staying beyond the scheduled check-out time may incur a fee of up to $300. In sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and very common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for pests. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to welcome a house-trained dog (please specify breed and weight), and a pet fee is applied. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. If plumbing is found to be in violation of the sensitive plumbing guidelines, a fine of up to $500 will apply.
