Preserve at Alafia

Living at the preserve have been wonderful, I love everything about it. The apartment, the amenities and the people that work here are simply the best. Maintenance is always on time, always with a smile, I want to take advantage and give a huge thanks to Pete W. For helping me with an emergency situation in my apartment. What could have been a really stressful situation he made so it easy.

Had an issue with the toilet hector came bright and early and had it fixed in no time!!! But the highlight is that I had a couple issues and Kevin had it figured out and fixed within 2 hours, no “I’ll see what I can do” just “I’ll get it going for ya no doubt” even through the frustration his service was enough to brighten our days he’s very knowledgeable, professional, and sociable. Come over for dinner whenever you’re ready Kevin!!

A/C quit working during the night. I let the office know I had an appointment that morning. I was gone about an hour and a half. When I got back, Hector had the a/c cooling great again! Quick response and great repair .

Preserve at Alafia has everything! Location, amenities, customer service, community activities, food trucks, and lots of places to walk and stay active! The mall is close by and you’re only about 30-40 minutes from Tampa! The buildings are beautiful and well kept too! You’ll fall in love!

This place is great, I just love it. The hiking trails, the pool, the gym, all love! That girl with brown curly hair in the office is cool too, I think it’s Gia? She’s awesome, sold me my apartment.
