The leasing staff is amazing—friendly, helpful, and always on top of things. The preserve trails and river access with kayaks make it feel like a retreat. These apartments are LUXURY! They have everything you could want. It’s the perfect mix of comfort, nature, and style!

I visited The Preserve at Alafia for the first time on Monday and I have fallen in love with the beautiful landscaping and outdoor recreational spaces. I can’t wait to spend time at the pool, kayaking in the river and running on the 10 mile nature trail! Also, Sara is responsive and so friendly to work with in the Leasing Office! Highly recommend!!

I recently moved into The Preserve at Alafia , and I couldn’t be happier! The leasing agent that helped us out was Sara , she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She really went above and beyond ! My apartment was spotless and was ready to move in right when I got the keys. The community is quiet and clean . I’m so glad I chose to make this my new home for my family and I !

This is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made Angelina was my leasing agent she was super helpful and just a delight to be around, she made the entire process extremely smooth and made the apartment feel like a home. I’ve been living at The Preserve at Alafia for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made. The community here is truly something special — quiet, friendly, and welcoming. Everyone from the staff to the neighbors makes it feel like home.
My... apartment is beautiful and incredibly well-maintained. The layout is spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with high-quality finishes and appliances. I especially love the large windows and natural light, plus the peaceful view of the preserve is a huge bonus.
Maintenance is always quick to respond, and the leasing office is super helpful and professional. It’s clear they care about keeping the community safe, clean, and enjoyable for everyone.
If you're looking for a place that combines comfort, nature, and a strong sense of community, The Preserve at Alafia is it. Highly recommend!
