Illegal drugs, including marijuana, and underage drinking are strictly prohibited. Do not flush foreign objects down the toilet, only toilet paper. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed. Guests are responsible for any property damage caused by themselves or their guests. Security cameras are installed at the front of the home facing the driveway. Attempts to remove, tamper with, or disconnect the internet to the security camera may result in reservation cancellation. Furniture, appliances, and décor should not be moved from their original positions. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning. Late check-outs will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. Early access will not be provided without prior approval. The primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay, and the number of guests must be accurately updated in the reservation. Guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. Any excessive mess upon checkout may result in the loss of the security deposit to cover additional cleaning costs.
