The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door, and any attempt to tamper with it may result in the reservation being canceled and guests being asked to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in, and outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour.
