The second bedroom features a large queen bed, while the third bedroom is perfect for families with two twin beds. Slide open the patio doors to create a breezy inside/outside space and take in the views of the beautiful lake from the comfort of the outdoor lounge.
Parking for two cars is included with your stay. Enjoy access to two resort-style pools and chic cabanas. Beach gear supplies including towels, toys, an umbrella, and two beach chairs are provided for your convenience.
Island Oasis is located right by the beautiful St. Augustine beach where you can step out your door, walk along the private path to the boardwalk, and onto the white sandy beach. Take an easy 15-minute stroll to Anastasia Plaza with a huge Publix supermarket, restaurants, and even a Starbucks. The townhouse is nestled on beautiful Anastasia Island, sharing the rich history of St. Augustine and its historic district. Visit the St. Augustine Lighthouse and Marine Museum or the picturesque Anastasia State Park with its 4 miles of white quartz sand beaches.
The home has an active security camera installed at the front door (Ring Video Doorbell). No private areas can be seen and there are no other cameras inside or outside the home. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. No parties are allowed, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Late check-outs and early check-ins will incur an additional fee of $50 per hour. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. A laptop computer is not included. [SI]
