The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. Guests must update the number of guests to the correct amount; if there are more guests on the premises than notated in the reservation, an additional fee may be charged. This home is not suitable for parties or large group gatherings, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival and must vacate the property during quiet hours. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door; any attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to the camera may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Furniture, appliances, and decor must not be moved from their original positions upon check-in, and outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning. The pet policy allows one dog under 50 lbs, which must be up to date on vaccinations, have flea treatment, and be potty trained. Dogs must be on a leash at all times when outside the home and are not allowed on the pool deck.
