Historic downtown and popular attractions such as Fountain of Youth are less than a 10-minute car ride away. If eco-tourism is up your alley, there are lots of options, from the beautiful Guana Preserve where you can rent kayaks or paddleboards or go hiking, biking, or fishing in the stunning preserve, to guided eco-tours in downtown. Piers at Aunt Kate's or at the Vilano Town Center are the perfect fishing spots or to look for marine wildlife. The best way to get around St. Augustine is with your own car or in a rental with free parking included with your stay. Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi. Once in the city center, many of St. Augustine's shops, restaurants, art galleries and attractions sit within the historic city center, making it easy to get around on foot.
Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The minimum age to book is 25. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee. This home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. In addition, any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during this time. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances or décor from where you found it upon check in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check in. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by pet during their stay. Additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of (Bagged and placed in outside trash bin) ($50 per pile). Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged the additional fee of $50/hr. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage, caused by themselves or guests, during their stay.
