Quiet hours are observed between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. There is an actively recording security camera installed at the back door of the home; any attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to the camera may result in reservation cancellation and guests being asked to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from their original positions. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning. Late check-outs will incur an additional fee of $50 per hour. Vaping or smoking is strictly prohibited on the property, including the front porch; evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee.
