The dog must be up-to-date on vaccinations and fully potty trained. No puppies under 1 year. The pet must be added to the reservation prior to check-in, and guests are responsible for any damages the pet may cause.

Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from their original positions. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning. Late check-outs will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. No vaping or smoking is allowed on the property, including the front porch. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. Underage drinking is not permitted. Do not flush any foreign objects down the toilet except toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed. Parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. Checkout procedures must be completed as written. An actively recording security camera is installed at the front door monitoring the front porch and entrance. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to the Ring may result in reservation cancellation and guests being requested to vacate the premises.
