Step inside this warm and welcoming cottage, surrounded by gorgeous heritage features and classic workmanship. Relax in the bright, open living space on plush sofas and stream complimentary Netflix on the big-screen smart TV. The galley-style kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, freestanding oven and cooktop, built-in microwave, coffee machine, and dishwasher. Enjoy meals in the elegant dining area or step outside to the sun-filled sitting room, complete with a sofa, a second TV, and a laundry nook. From here, step onto the rear patio to overlook the yard. The master bedroom features a canopy queen bed, a private sitting area with rocking chairs, and a workspace with free Wi-Fi. Bedroom two also has a queen bed, and bedroom three, located upstairs, offers two twin beds. The downstairs bathroom features a jetted tub with an overhead shower, and the upstairs bathroom has a bath and shower with plenty of soft towels.
Off-street parking is available. One dog under 50 lbs is permitted for a non-refundable pet fee of $150, with exceptions allowed upon request. The dog must be up-to-date on vaccinations and fully potty trained. No puppies under 1 year. The pet must be added to the reservation prior to check-in, and guests are responsible for any damages the pet may cause.

This is undoubtedly the nicest, most classic, and cutest house in downtown St. Augustine.
Quiet hours are observed between 9 PM and 8 AM. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from their original positions. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning. Late check-outs will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. No vaping or smoking is allowed on the property, including the front porch. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. Underage drinking is not permitted. Do not flush any foreign objects down the toilet except toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed. Parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. Checkout procedures must be completed as written. An actively recording security camera is installed at the front door monitoring the front porch and entrance. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to the Ring may result in reservation cancellation and guests being requested to vacate the premises.
