Originally from Charleston and raised on the barrier island of Isle of Palms, he has always believed that life is better near the water. In 2007, Daniel moved to St. Augustine to attend Flagler College, where he earned a degree in Business and Finance, later completing his MBA at The Citadel. Before launching his real estate career in 2017, Daniel spent over five years as a Mortgage Loan Officer. This experience provides him with a solid foundation in the financing side of real estate, enabling him to guide clients through the buying or selling process with clarity, confidence, and care. Daniel’s mission is straightforward: to serve his community with integrity, offer honest advice, and make every transaction as seamless as possible. His approach blends professionalism with a genuine desire to help clients achieve their goals while enjoying the journey. When he’s not assisting clients, Daniel can often be found boating, golfing, fishing, or surfing. He also loves spending time with his wife, their two children, and their black lab. Whether cruising to a local sandbar or retreating to their mountain cabin in North Carolina, Daniel values the lifestyle a home can provide—and he’s passionate about helping others find theirs.
