Quiet hours are enforced between 10pm and 8am per St. Johns County ordinance. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties or large group gatherings are allowed, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by the hosts prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. Tampering with the camera may result in the reservation being canceled. No pets are allowed on the property at any time, and no smoking or vaping is allowed. If evidence of smoking is found, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Late check-outs and early check-ins require prior approval, and guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour.
