Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance. The minimum age to book is 25. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee. This home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check-in. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $100/hr. No vaping/smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage, caused by themselves or guests, during their stay. You are required to follow the House Rules written here and posted in the house during your stay or risk being removed from the property. Any excessive mess will result in loss of security deposit in the additional amount that is needed to pay cleaners.
