This home is pet-friendly for 1 dog under 50 lbs. The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year are allowed. A $100 nonrefundable pet fee will be applied.
This top location is in the heart of the historic Fullerwood neighborhood of Uptown St. Augustine and is only a short 5-minute drive into the city center with its abundance of restaurants, bars and boutique shopping. Vilano Beach, one of St. Augustine's most popular beaches, is also only a few minutes' drive away. St. Augustine is the nation’s most historic city and also holds the distinction of being one of the nation’s most charming. Experience old-world charm, flavorful dining, art and culture, and an abundance of entertainment during the day and after dark. From the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument to the Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum and everything in between, there is something for all ages, an ideal locale for family fun and adventure.
Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am. The minimum age to book is 21. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, an additional fee may be charged. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. There is an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to the Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check-in. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by a pet during their stay. Additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of (Bagged and placed in outside trash bin) ($50 per pile). Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. This includes marijuana. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage, caused by themselves or guests, during their stay. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed. Parents with younger children use the home at their own risk.
