Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. Guests risk heavy fees from the city for any noise violation during this time. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. All events must be approved prior, with a security deposit and event fee. Proof of event liability insurance is required. If an unapproved party/event does occur, hosts reserve the right to cancel the reservation with no refund. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. No exceptions. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $100 per hour. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. No underage drinking. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage, caused by themselves or guests, during their stay. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed. Parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. You are required to follow the House Rules written here and posted in the house during your stay or risk being removed from the property. Checkout procedures must be completed as written here and posted in the house. Any excessive mess will result in loss of security deposit in the additional amount that is needed to pay cleaners. Two ring security cameras are installed: one at the front door of the main home and an additional camera at the garage apartment, looking over the driveway. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to cameras may result in reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises.
