Sink into the soft, inviting sofa after a day spent at the beach and stream all your favorites on the big screen Smart TV with complimentary Netflix. Step through into the eclectically styled kitchen that comes fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances and all the cookware and utensils you could need. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. The primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties or large group gatherings are allowed. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Late check-outs and early check-ins are subject to a fee of $50 per hour. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. A security camera is installed at the front door.
