Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The minimum age to book is 21. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, an additional fee may be charged. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. In addition, any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during this time. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to the security camera at the front door may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. One dog under 50 lbs is permitted for each stay, and a $100 nonrefundable pet fee will be applied. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet during their stay. Additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of ($50 per pile). Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr.
