The galley kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, cookware, plates, and glasses, and includes a microwave, Keurig, and toaster, with bar-top seating available. The apartment boasts three private bedrooms: one with a comfortable queen bed, another with a full bed and a sitting area, and a spacious master bedroom with a king bed and an attached en-suite bathroom. Both full bathrooms feature walk-in showers and are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

This home is not suitable for parties or large group gatherings, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour.
