The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. Underage drinking is not allowed. Do not flush foreign objects down the toilet except toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage. Late check-outs will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr.
