No vaping or smoking is allowed on the property, including the front porch; evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. Underage drinking is not permitted. Do not flush foreign objects down the toilet, only toilet paper. Renters are liable for any property damage caused by themselves or their guests.
