Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the duration of the stay. Parties are not permitted, including bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gatherings. Guests visiting must be approved by hosts prior to arrival. An active security camera is located at the front of the home, facing the driveway up to the front porch. Tampering with or removing the camera may result in reservation cancellation. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original position. For pets, an additional charge will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of ($50 per pile). Late check-outs will incur an additional fee of $50 per hour. Vaping and smoking are strictly prohibited on the property, including the front porch, and evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee.
