Worst leasing experience ever
I am submitting this review to formally document my experience with the leasing process, which was unprofessional and deeply concerning.
With over 10 years of experience in customer service, I do not make this statement lightly: the level of inconsistency, lack of accountability, and dismissive communication I encountered is unacceptable for any organization representing itself in a professional capacity.
During my interactions, a front desk staff member (not Jessica, though I do not recall... her name) provided specific information that was later denied. When I sought clarification, the situation was not handled with transparency or professionalism. Instead of acknowledging a possible miscommunication, I was made to feel as though I had misunderstood, despite another individual hearing the same information. This reflects a failure in both communication standards and basic customer service principles.
Equally concerning is the apparent pattern in management’s response to feedback. Publicly available reviews suggest that positive comments are acknowledged, while concerns and complaints are largely ignored. This raises serious concerns about the organization’s commitment to accountability and continuous improvement.
Based on this experience, I decided to lease elsewhere. I strongly recommend that management conduct a thorough review of staff training, communication practices, and complaint resolution procedures. Without meaningful changes, prospective residents should proceed with caution.
