Great Service

The apartment itself is nice enough, and the same for the front office staff The girls are super nice and proffecsional. We would recommend this apartment complex over and over and over again.

Helpful and All online

Maria, the property manager is fantastic. From the time I moved in, she went above and beyond to help us out. Complex is very quiet and full of nice people. Also, one of the cheaper options I’m Sarasota. You won’t regret living here.

Do not live here

They refuse to accept your 30 days notice and will overcharge you for everything. They do not care about tenants rights. Taking them to court for being overcharged then ignored at move out. Wait for the massive amounts of dog poo in the grass and never finding a parking spot. This place is awful
