I would not recommend anyone to move to these apartments; I have been living in this place the past 8 months, My car was towed last night, I went to the office and no one was helpful not even showed any empathy, in addition I rented the amenities for Son's birthday and the AC was broken and had to moved to the outside area after setting up all the decorations, the AC is broken ever since and every time me and another tenant has told the management team more then 5 times they seem to not care and... just play down the situation by saying "we will get it fix", the front gates are always broken and is been several instances you have to use the EXIT gate to get in because the Gate was half way open , the walkways are dirty all the time Full of Dog's disposal and just dirt all over the complex including a branch from a tree that felt down 3 weeks ago and is still there on the floor, they been times were the office is closed during operational hours with a sign "we will be back" but no one worked that day, and last but not least; there is about 6 employees in the front desk at all times doing absolutely nothing on their phones or just talking to each other. These prices are outrageous for having gates that stay open all day. The small stackable washer/dryer don’t work. Nobody picks up after their dog so it’s poop everywhere. The leasing office does a lot of “inspections” inside your home. And if you ever need something fixed don’t expect maintenance to come until days later. The property manager is rude like she don’t like her job so don’t go in the leasing office needing ANYTHING.

I actually wanted to leave 0 stars. From the cockroaches and pests, raccoons in the roofs, constant stray animals, VERY unprofessional leasing and management team, a “gated community”, but all the gates are ALWAYS open.. such a horrible experience renting w/ this community.

I will not be renewing my lease. this place does not care. i currently have No A/c and this is not the first time i have had issues. they do not repair anything. patching things up and not fixing it.

From the moment I arrived at Water Terrace apartments I knew this would be home.
I was greeted so warmly by the staff I felt an immediate friendship. They were accommodating in every way. I had a few special requests for my new home and they were able to help with everything.
I've been here awhile now and can continue to say how impressed I am with their service. Let me list a few examples;
1. Pest control comes on a quarterly basis to inspect and spray my unit for bugs. (I have yet to see... a bug in my apartment)
2. They have landscapers come out once/twice a week. As a result the property is so beautiful. It has a lake setting and with all the trimmed hedges and grass it is so serene.
3. The office is always doing parties and events for the residents. Just last month they were giving out wine and chocolates!!!
4. Apartment itself is newly renovated, with new appliances and new flooring, feels so nice and new.
5. I could go on, but I don't have a lot of time and I am sure you all are tired of reading this :)
