Ask about those hidden fees !!
The property is o.k, here over 1 year and the pool have NEVER been opened, kitchen sinks are motel size (1/2 of a normal sink), and the gym is the side of a unit sm. bedroom (2 pc of equipment). You HAVE TO buy your own air filters monthly, MUST pay f/ internet which is added on top of the rent ($100), you can not op out, trash ($30ish monthly), all together rent is approx ($200-300ish)ADDED to base rent. Parking is a bungle-up. kitchen and bathroom dated, laminate wrap on cabinets.

Love Mrs. Donna and this property!
I have been living here since 2019 and when Mrs. Donna took over we immediately noticed the changes. The property is cleaner, staff is more attentive and she really appreciates her tenants. Any issues that we have with our apartment she has it fixed right away. Mrs. Donna does not pretend to care she DOES care for her tenants. She treats us like family and not just an asset. She is truly a blessing to so many people in our community. I have nothing but great things to say about her. Thank you... again Mrs. Donna for helping my family! I will never forget your acts of kindness in this stressful climate.

Shamrock of sunrise
The staff here has been nothing but patient and informative in helping my roommates and I choose a new place to call home that also fits all of our own individual needs as well. From the beginning Andre toured us around the cozy apartment grounds and it’s new and improving amenities. He answered all of our questions and made us feel at home before even signing any leases! Followed by The property manager Donna who navigated us through our application process effortlessly. Super thankful for this... experience and I would recommend Shamrock to settle into a peaceful community.
