roach infested
Place is roach infested and management does not care. Emailed and called several times now and no luck. Amenities are a joke. Water has been shut off several times since I’ve been here for “maintenance” on pipes. Do not move here.

Arium
Lived here since it was a Camden residence. Quality of amenities has gone down while prices have continued to go up. The gym is a joke, with only partially working equipment. Another thing is that they force you into a contract with bright house cable and the service is horrible.

Arium of Citrus Park
I have a great apartment over looking the pool . It has a nice gym , garbage valet , plus washer and dryers in every unit and cable is included . The price is good for all those extras plus it's a gated community
