Mold growing in AC unit, water pipes consistently bursting inside walls, days no running water. Management and maintenance incompetent BS weeks before work orders are even addressed. Looks descent on the outside but painted over lead paint on inside air duct filled with trash like 2x4 cut pieces of wood, ceiling water leaks, falling apart, rotting wood frames, frequently busting water and sewer pipes on the inside up to 6 weeks to get fixed. I have rode past this property for a while and I thought they were private little homes. Each house is just the 2 apartments to it's great it feels less like apartment living. I finally went in and did a tour and the staff was so amazing. Gave me information before I even asked it. I move in next week :D
