Bell Channelside

I am an early morning person. When the maintenance group arrives I see them walking the property, picking up what needs to be picked up and cleaning that which needs to be cleaned. Most residents do not see what makes Bell Apts so clean and why the building smells so clean. More praises for the maintenance team.

Joyce is so helpful she’s the best!! We had lots of questions and she helped us through the whole application process. Very excited to be a new resident here

So far it's been absolutely great. Now just to get used to the traffic and toll roads lol. In all seriousness the weather, people, food, etc, is great here. I have been exploring Bell and the neighborhood and there is so much to do. Also, if you have friends or family coming, you can have them hang out at our Entertainment, Pool, or one of the many courtyards available here.

I’ve had a good experience living here overall. The location is excellent, very convenient for getting around, and the building is generally well-maintained. The staff is helpful and professional, which makes day-to-day living easier. The only downside is that some of the doors are often broken or make a loud noise when closing, which can be a bit disruptive. Otherwise, it’s a solid place to live.

An incredible apartment community with several first class amenities. The staff is goes above and beyond to handle all problems as quickly as possible. The apartments and appliances are in good condition and allow for an incredible living experience.
