Great experience living at Bell Channelside! The location is excellent, everything is nearby and convenient. The move-in process was smooth and easy, and the management has a really good system in place. It’s also nice and quiet—no noisy neighbors, which makes a big difference. Overall, very happy with my experience here!

There are not nearly enough community events. The few that have been offered in the past few months have been clearly minimal effort by the staff. The residence is well kept though.

Hello Michael, Thank you for your review and four stars on our community. As it's the beginning of the year we do not have a lot of events planned out. However, we are still offering events. We have a cereal day breakfast and also a contest to win a... gift card for 4 different units. We also, decided to dedicate last month to the dogs of our community. We plan to have many more events in the future, so I apologize if we are making you feel there are many events.

Overall I do enjoy living here. Our unit is nice and spacious, but we had to make some minor repairs ourselves before moving in. The location is GREAT, and noise is not an issue despite being close to busy roads. The gym is nice and has many machines, though some are broken. The dog bathing area is very convenient! The pool seems nice as well, but we have not used it yet. The courtyards are okay, but we don't really use them as they're all basically the same. Biggest issues are cleanliness, the... mailroom, and security. There is often pet excrement in the garage, elevators, and walking areas outside and it is not cleaned up. The mailroom doesn't really work well. Deliver drivers rarely use the lockers and usually leave packages in the wrong location. We were told we would get them by our door, but that has only happened two times total. There is trash in the mail area too. The doors inside are often unlocked which is unsettling. It would be nice to have a night guard or security.

• If you encountered any issues upon moving in, please let our office know so we can address them promptly. Anything not working or appearing damaged should always be reported so our team can resolve it.
• All pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, and we will continue to enforce this expectation throughout the community if not cured the maintenance/cleaning staff will address it when made aware.
• We offer Parcel Pending lockers as a secure delivery option otherwise we explain packages can be delivered to your door. If you prefer packages delivered directly to your door, please be sure to provide carriers with clear instructions on how to reach your apartment.
• For your safety, exterior doors are exit-only unless accessed with a resident fob. They should not open freely from the outside. If you notice any door not functioning as intended, please notify us immediately so we can correct it.

My experience has been wonderful since the moment i met Nate and we di the tour, moving in was smoothes and maintenance answer really fast. Love it!
