Ese condominio es muy viejo y no sirve incluso si se rompe algo en el apartamento se demoran más de 1 semana en arreglar y si dejas las cosas en los patios te las roban y si fuese poco te multan por cualquier cosa realmente no es recomendable se los juro

Horrible experience so far. Windows and sliding glass doors are made of cheap glass. Took multiple days for air conditioning to be fixed upon move-in. No screens in any of the windows through out the whole apartment. Hot water lasts for only a couple mins at best. Trash piles everywhere. Be weary before moving in.

Update has even gotten even worst. Electrical system goes out and beeps loudly every night. please be careful before spending the amount of money it costs to live here. Pool isn’t... heated, windows are old and will break, and if you don’t like bad beeping noises due to faulty electrical don’t move here. also the water is shut off multiple times a week :/

Worst office personal ever , I was going to move in I paid the ridiculous application they charge was like $225 on their website . I was not able to move because I had to leave to the country to attend my grandfathers funeral who died from COVID. I called them and told them 1 month before move in date and they didn’t care . They still went ahead and processed my application and over-drafted my checking account , then I called them and they didn’t want to hear , then I get a notice from a... Collections agency . Don’t listen to the reviews saying pretty things it’s all a lie. I’ve had a leaking air conditioner roof for the past week and they had yet to properly fix it without it leaking. The rent is off the rails high for no reason in these cigarette box 60s hotel room. I was not kidding when I said it’s been to live under a bridge. The parking is terrible, maintenance is asinine and useless, the office people never wanna talk to you but love to send you bills. Scheduled an appointment to view a unit and was told the one I wanted to see was available now. It's also listed as available on Apartments.com and is STILL listed as available seven hours later. They had me drive over and then informed me that they have no one bedrooms available but would show me a 2 bedroom. in any other industry this would be illegal. It's called a bait and switch.
