Management at this property is completely unresponsive and avoids accountability, as there have been at least two managers within a year (high turnover). For over a full month, I have tried to contact management regarding a minor $59.52 ledger discrepancy caused entirely by a former property manager who sat down with me in person and calculated the wrong payment amount. There is currently no property manager onsite, and the local leasing agents are giving me the runaround. They even went as far... as claiming in an email that a manager spoke with me and resolved the issue, which is entirely false, as I have never spoken to this person. Simply confirming a balance is correct without addressing how staff error caused it is unacceptable. I have had to escalate this directly to Middleburg corporate and have filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
