Mixed feelings

We lived here for 4 years, and theres a few pros and cons—

First pros— we experienced great neighbors, and I liked our apartment layout. We were in a nice quiet corner of the complex so we rarely had any noise iissues, which was really nice. There were tons of kids our kids could okay with, the pool was always nice and the gym was great too. When I did speak to the staff, always kind & professional.

Cons— the $$! You get a flat rate rent but end up paying a bunch of extra $$ for parking,...
crappy internet and the water/sewer/trash bill is always outrageously high!! The winter springs water is nasty anyway and so we mostly used bottled water but our bill was still close to $160 each month for water! We also had to really push for a new AC because when we moved in it was over 20 years old and our bill for a 1k sq foot apartment was over $400! I had the electric company come out and look at the AC because there was no way we were using that much power. I assume most units have really old Acs.

The buildings have a big bug problem. Even with pest control they live in the walls and you just cant get rid of them.

Maintenance is fine until it isnt. The staff is courteous and professional and usually can fix whatever it is you need done but they are short staffed and overworked so sometimes you wait a while. No one is ever in the office nor can you reach their “emergency maintenance “ line, so you better figure out how to fix a problem yourself.

Most neighbors were great but we did have a family who treated the pool like it belonged to them and would get mad at you for being there. Thats not really the complexs fault, just a warning if you are planning on moving that you might run into them.

Stay away!!!!!

Can’t wait to leave this place! My air conditioning barely works. There are red ants everywhere in my apt. The dumpsters are an issue. Place def needs TLC inside the apts and the grounds! Right now half of my power is out including the AC and my stove and maintenance can’t figure out how to fix it. Hello Seville on the Green ......I have young children that need AC and a working stove.....Duke came here and said this is your problem to fix!

office....place has gone downhill and rent way up! For the price I pay I can live in a luxury apt building and def my own home. When lease is up.....I’m running!

Awkward floor plans, rent increases

When we first moved in, it was great. We have a 2/2 and thought the floor plan was good. Over time, the apartment has shown that the small closets, lack of pantry and no outside storage has made it difficult to live. Plus, each year the rent increases (one year it was $25 and then the next it was $50). It's frustrating when renting anywhere in the Orlando area is expensive, but to increase it that much over a few years is really high. We have issues with noise above us. The management office is... fine, but these are issues that they can't fix, unfortunately.

great location

Location, location, location.......seriously the apartments are in a great location. In a quiet little town not far from Orlando. The maintenance crew are very quick when needed. The office staff is very personal and they remember everyone's name.
