Worst apartments

Why is it poor?
These Apartments lie & say they will give you a month for free & don’t.
I’m hearing lawsuits going on with these apartments
Judges looking into a lot of cases with these apartments
There’s lots of people moving out.
You can literally talk to a neighbor & you’ll hear a lot about these apartments & property management is very poor.
Poor at patch things.
Lots of dog poop everywhere
Kids outside all night long yelling & screaming
Pool always dirty because of the kids not being... supervised by adults
These apartments have lots of ROACHES, RATS & INSECTS ALL INSIDE & OUT YOUR HOUSE.
You can’t smoke inside of your own house.
You have maintenance guys sitting under trees chilling & always on the phone on the golf just sitting.
Mailboxes TORE UP! Mailboxes always open!
They don’t want to fix nothing !
I moved in November & moved out may
Apartments have old cabinets mixed with new cabinets makes it so nasty and ugly as apartment
Bugs stay coming into your house someway some how
But go head and see for yourself

Great place to live

Have been in this community for three years and love it. management is super attentive and the community is in a great location. They often do community events for residents and they take good care of the apartments and community

Great for price

We've been with this complex for around 3 years now and while getting in contact with the front office through the phone is an issue sometimes, they are attentive and the maintenance handles issues super fast.

My experience at The Avenues At Winter Springs , FL

Let me just say that my experience living at the Avenues has been amazing so far, from the comfortable space I. My apartment , to the spacious facility and awesome amenities such as the pool, walking areas , kids park , tennis court and so much more, I feel safe and comfortable living here and it’s been great.
