Fantastic for the location, amenities, and staff

I just moved in this month and have had a fantastic experience. Emily in the office is top knotch. Maintenance is always on time and the property is gorgeous. We toured a year ago with a different lady and I do not know what changed but the property and apartment looks so much better. Thrilled we were able to get in!

Expensive for Albany but nice. Lived here for four years

Yes the rent is expensive for Albany, and the buildings are a little aging. Note my rent has gone up 36% in that time. Many people moved out because of it, but new people moved in. But the landlord is always fast and responsive with maintenance. If you have a dog they have a very safe and large quiet area to walk it in, and you are unlikely to be hit by a car. One issue is that the sound muffling between floors is not the best. Overall for Albany this is one of your better options if it's in... your budget. They also spray for pest monthly.

Beautiful ?? Place

I have always love how Marsh Landing is set up, the style, the clean vibe, the tropical feel, lovely lake, peaceful, the beauty and the location. This the top of place where a person would and will feel excited to call home.

Everything about this place I give it an A+....
