Moved in half of the appliances didn’t work, stairs was broken, kitchen infested with roaches, they hardly fix anything if they do it take 2/3 weeks to come. It looks nice until you live there and it something wrong every other week. Leasing office personnel always have an attitude.

Sinks holds sewer water/ Stinks up the entire home

I live in Kingstown apartments on whispering pines. The sinks fill up with what smells like sewer water. My entire home smells horrible due to this. When I first moved in a year ago I had a terrible problem with flies. About 6 months in I started to notice roaches. My central air has not worked since I’ve moved in so it’s always extremely hot in my home. Maintenance does respond in a timely manner and they aren’t directly associated with the apartment managers so I don’t blame them. I don’t... recommend these apartments if you’re looking for somewhere to stay long term. I DEFINITELY don’t recommend them if you’re looking for anything luxury however it is on a good side of town so I deal with it. They’re definitely not worth the price but if you just absolutely need a place to stay for a year MAYBE two then they’re alright depending on what you can put up with.

Gardens Too apartments

iI have lived here for 4 yrs now and i love it our property manager mrs Dollar is so sweet the property is beatiful i have grown to love the place theres no place else i would rather live

The Gardens Too

I have currently been living in The Gardens Too for close to a year now. Pros: The maintance here are pretty good, if you call for a minor issue they normally come that day or the next, and always resolve the issue. I am single and sometimes it gets hard, The Gardens Too has always worked with me if I were a few days behind on rent. The apartments just remodeled our pool for summer of 2015, and also got new furniture, which are both awesome. These apartments are great for single, single parents... or new parents, considering they are only one bed rooms. The neighbors I have spoke with are all very nice. The only CON I have is that there are no washer and dryer hookups inside the apartment, which makes me feel as if rent should be a littlr bit cheaper BUT they recently just got new washers for our laundry room and also a nice new lock on the door to ensure safety of belongings. Over all very good stay!
