I've been living here since 2023 and I moved in unexpectedly - it was not a pre-planned move. However, I love this apartment community. Cortland has really done a great job with maintaining the overall appearance, policy, and professionalism throughout my entire stay. There has been some downs with different neighbors who are no longer residents, but I always felt that my needs were taken serious and met with concern from different levels of management from Cortland. I would definitely... recommend people to live here. It's quiet, very up kept, clean, and family orientated as well.

In these times, it is very hard to find a reputable, credible company in apartment management and ownership. Cortland has always been good to their word, that’s why this is my second Cortland location that I have lived at in the last three years. I sincerely would not think about using anybody else because I have used others and I’m not willing to take the chance that they can’t perform like Cortland has.

Overall Cortland Spaulding is an Excellent place to live. Neighbors are very Nice, friendly, Polite and Respectful. When something brakes down they are on Top of it (Repair). The Up keep is Great.
