Briarhill Apartments

This is a great place to live. It's peaceful, safe, well-maintained, and clean.
I largely attribute my satisfaction to Brandon, who has worked here since I moved in two and a half years ago. He is now the Property Manager. He is warm, sincere, and personable; he genuinely cares about his tenants. He goes out of his way to answer your questions or to make sure the property is in good shape, even after hours :/ I've been impressed as well by the new maintenance crew who have been polite,... courteous, and efficient in their repairs.

The property and environment has dynamic layout that's not cookie cutter or sterile like many modern apartments, including huge porches which are very hard to come by nowadays. Landscapers regularly maintain the property, and I regularly see team members picking up any bits of trash on the ground-thank you! Unfortunately, some handful of visitors or tenants are careless in this area.

It was overall a nice experience.Nice neighborhood, friendly staff. We lived here almost 2 years. Me and my husband, we both like living here :)

Maintenance is always timely and does a great job addressing issues as quickly as possible. They genuinely try their hardest to work with tenants and make sure everyone feels heard and supported. It’s clear they care about keeping the community running smoothly and improving the overall living experience. Their dedication doesn’t go unnoticed—big shoutout to the entire maintenance team for their hard work and commitment!

0/10 would NEVER recommend!!! I’ve dealt with constant maintenance issues, poor communication from management, and absolutely no accountability. There’s a new issue almost every week, and this has been going on since DAY ONE. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and avoid the stress.

Awesome. The front desk is amazing and the staff in helpful. The neighbourhood is safe and the neighbours are also super helpful. There are community events that I enjoy quite a bit
