Beware Not as it appears!

I am shocked at these reviews and I question whether we live in the same space, because where I’m living everything is constantly broken. Yes the staff is friendly however that does not make up for the lack of care to the building. It’s $100 for a second key fob, however the door locks from the garage into the building are all broken have been since I moved in, so why even given out key fobs. You’re just handing out a false sense of security, because there really isn’t any. No effort has been... made to correct it. Also the security gate to get into the garage is always broken so anyone can easily get in and out without being a resident. There is a complete disregard for resident safety and well-being. There aren’t any cameras installed because that would only make sense so you can see who continues vandalizing the property and hold them accountable. The inspection sign in the elevator says it hasn’t been inspected since 2023. I’m no expert so I can’t say how frequently they need to be inspected but it says expired. They are slum lords. What does the money I each month go towards? I cannot wait for my lease to be up so I can actually find a place that isn’t so broke down.

While we haven't been able to verify your residency,... we'd love the chance to resolve these concerns with you. Unfortunately, the gate is inoperable because it was damaged when someone hit it. The track was knocked out of alignment, and repairs are already scheduled. We understand this has been inconvenient, but please know we’re actively working to get it fixed. We understand that maintenance issues can be frustrating, but please know that we’re committed to addressing these concerns as best as we can. Observations from a resident who just renewed their lease:

Observations from a resident who just renewed their lease:
We were out of power for 14 days. FOURTEEN DAYS. I work from home, and being without power, means that I can't earn a paycheck.

Additionally, the property manager failed to tell us about a "scheduled" power outage to repair the wiring from the original outage. She didn't even apologize when I let her know that I was in the middle of a video conference call when the power went out. She showed no feeling, no interest, enthusiasm, or... concern. Didn't even apologize for not giving us a head's up.

There's another outage this week (10/12/2021) for repair between 9:00 am - 2:00 pm. Good luck working from home with this crowd.
I wouldn't send any of my friends here, and I hope whoever is reading this will find something better.

Look elsewhere if you are looking to move to Vinings/The Battery

Moved in when it was brand new. Looks nice, but everything is extremely cheap and was clearly hastily built. Residents leave trash everywhere, hallways smell like weed. Did not renew my lease.

The worst part was they did not re-fund my security deposit. No explanation was given. I tried following up with the manager by email, but have received no response. Definitely better options if you are looking to live near the battery.
