Roach infestation Building 123 There has been an ongoing roach infestation for months that management continues to minimize and treat in the most minuscule ways. Roaches can be seen coming from the tenants door during the daytime. And based on how HVAC runs my apartment has been over run with roaches. A “clean out” treatment was completed a week ago and there are still roaches in the daytime. And management response had been to have “routine” treatment completed. Ac maintenance request Made request on Monday and its been one week without working ac in our home in scorching heat. We even had guests over who were so uncomfortable. Maintainence said they would replace the compressor till Friday. Today is Monday night and no progress. First they provided us with one portable fan/cooler in one room we were sleeping without it in second room for first 6 days then on requesting they provided another for second room aswell but didnt replace the compresser yet.... The temperature inside our apartment is 80 without ceiling fans and ac it is unbearable to live in this heat. Read More

Ninguno me solucionaron y ni intentaron arreglarlo porque ese día yo estaba en la casa y vi solo a dar vuelta fueron ni dos minutos tardaron en Apt..
Mal servicio les queda pequeño . Ultimo cosa llevo un mes con ese problema .
