Waiting on some maintenance requests to be fixed. Otherwise, parking has been very convenient, the gym is great, Rose is very helpful. I do not know where our mailbox is.

I love it here! It’s so homey and peaceful. I only wish that the gates were back up and running and that we had key fobs for the gym. But other than that it’s great!

Pro's - Spacious apartment, parking, nice maintenance staff.

Con's - Lack of guidance from leasing agents, poor maintenance of the house, security and lifts are not working!

Apartment is okay at best, the trash valet service misses days often, the security gate to enter has been non functioning for over 6 months and there is pet waste outside frequently. There is also serious noise issues as speakers will often blast music during day and night hours that is very intrusive. The package room often just does not organize packages or properly notify residents of receiving them, leaving you to sort manually through countless packages in a tight room looking for yours.... Units are inexplicably missing ceilings lights in bedrooms and a handful of power outlets just don’t work. Elevators malfunction frequently, randomly taking you to a wrong floor and pausing for minutes at a time.
