Move in with smooth and Eazy-E if there were any issues that needed to be fixed inside of the apartment, all I have to do was go to the leasing office and they had things taken care of for me

Need lots of housekeeping, the area is dirty and need monthly deep cleaning like dog pop, staircase dirty. The maintenance team is great and handle all the complaints timely.
The fire alarm system is really bad.
