The Most Challenging and Difficult Apartment
The Hue Midtown is the most difficult and challenging apartment building to live in. The elevators have been consistently broken for almost two years, with one elevator being out of service from November 2025 through today (April 10th, 2026), with only "it will be fixed soon" as an answer from the office staff. Right now today, there is currently one working elevator for a 39 story building - it is a massive safety concern and it takes almost 10 minutes to move up/down at any point in the day.... The entire office staff, except for Matthew, won't even say hello or acknowledge you when they pass in the lobby or on a tour. The dog park on the top of the parking garage has become a pet waste landfill, and pet waste is frequently left in the elevators, hallways and lobby. There was communication sent on 10/14/25 saying all EV chargers would be fixed soon, and multiple chargers still do not work as of today. There was communication sent on 8/6/25 about blackout blinds being installed, with it taking one week per floor, and there has not any update ever since. If you want to live in a building that doesn't communicate anything other than "general" rent reminders, and too-late emails about broken elevators, you've found your forever home.
