Stolen Security deposit and Ignoring Response

The email gets ignored most of the time throughout the year, the mailbox problem never got fix and they don't really care if the problem continue, maintance guy is nice but getting issues fixed is a pain, there was water leak from upstair bathroom water leaking downstair through the wall.

They stolen 80% of my security deposit and provided no reason, and ignoring emails the majority of time except the first few days of moving in.

There is too much to write to put it all in here. This place lies, is dirty, and unsafe. Stay far away from here and any other Braden fellman property

BEWARE

DO NOT MOVE INTO ANY BRADEN FELLMAN PROPERTIES

I moved in a month ago and have had nothing but issues and been treated extremely rudely by management. I have never been so upset/disappointed with an apartment complex.
