NO DEPOSIT REFUND!!!
I’m a travel nurse and stayed here for 3 months. My experience at the peach was pretty good, the apartments are nice but my stay is currently being overshadowed by the fact that I haven’t received my deposit back as of yet despite moving out July 5th. Each time that I have contacted the peach I’m being told it takes 30 business days. I was told to put my account information into their system and I used the “recommended” method of payment on their website so it captured my account number and... routing information but apparently the wrong routing number was captured. So now I have to wait an additional 30 business days to get my money. No one contacted me so I have no clue when I’m supposed to get my money back. Ta’Queria is nice and helpful but I will definitely not be staying here again. I need the owner to contact me asap or I will be filing a lawsuit because this is ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to beg for MY money back.
