Coffee and beverages and snacks oh my!

This apartment is not like any other I’ve lived at. The amenities are great and the building is very nice, but the staff makes all the difference. It’s easy to like something if u have never had any issue, but I judge by how something goes when there are problems. The women in the office are some of the most professional and kind people period. They all seem to actually care about the residents and building. You can also tell they all get along and like working together. Knowing when mess hits... the fan, Jeneen is going to do what’s in her power to fix it definitely makes it easy to renew each year. The new tech Anthony is such a nice guy. You can tell they take care when they hire! It’s always nice to stop by the office and see the snacks Cyndi has put out. I love calling the Reserve my home. The Starbucks coffee and fridge in the office don’t hurt either. Luxury living at its best.

Great living experience!

Really love living here at the Reserve at the Ballpark! The entire staff Jeneen, Cyndi, Kylie , Megan , Ricardo, Craig and Anthony are amazing when it comes handling your housing needs and more ! They are truly genuine great people all around ! You definitely wouldn’t regret living here. Love how it’s close to the battery and the ballpark have events throughout the year to get to know everyone !
