How Is This Rating Determined?

Horrible

Just drive by. You will see. The signs have fallen down, trash is everywhere, the playground for the children has never had maintenance and is in serious need for an upgrade, there is a rat problem, and the leasing office employees never answer the phone. The pictures that you see online is not how the property looks. Very deceptive.

DO NOT RENT HERE

This absolutely the most unprofessional place I have ever applied to . The staff is beyond rude . You pay application and administrative fees and they never process your application. It’s been more than 3 weeks and every time I call they say the manager is out of the office . I popped up while on the phone and she was right there when I walked in . Apartments look nothing like photos and prices aren’t as shown . Don’t waste your time here you’ll be better off living under a bride than going... through the stress that this community will bring you!

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about your experience. I will share it with the team so we can see how the communication regarding the application could have been better. Most reputable rental communities have several qualifying... standards that must be met by every applicant. For Fair Housing reasons exceptions cannot be made. As you mentioned in your review the application process was taking longer than expected due to the number of consecutive paychecks required to verify income. When any applicant has not been employed for four consecutive pay periods the income cannot be verified. You also mentioned rents. They are published daily and are in line with our competitors. The prices are subject to change at any time based on supply and demand. In closing, I want to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. It is never our goal to provide anything but excellent customer service. Thanks again, Katara, Community Manager

So happy

Today Ms.Alexei blesses my children with a Hawks activity bag with so many different equipment and things to do during this time . They also make sure all the kids in the area able to eat lunch for any kids in need through the summer lunch program . I never seen no apartments who care about their residents

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I’ve only been here for less than 3 months, and I’m already regretting my decision. If you can afford to live somewhere else, DO SO. This isn’t the place for you. ROACHES everywhere and the neighbors above me are super disrespectful with the noise they project through out the day and night. I rarely get any sleep. I’m tired of complaining to the leasing office. Nothing gets done about it. My experience hasn’t been all bad but that should be enough testimony to let you know it’s not as pretty as... it looks in the photos.
