I've lived at Marks Church Commons for over 2 years & love it! Maintenance and the lady's in the office are very friendly & always quick to respond to any questions I have or anything that needs to be fixed. Recommended

Overpriced for a 2 bedroom . Management is lazy and slow when it comes to handling issues . Residents needs aren’t put 1st . Trashy walkways , dumpster is always overgrown with trash . Pond is dirty and needs to be cleaned

This was my first apartment experience and it was amazing. The staff here is very friendly, helpful, and prompt. The neighborhood is beautiful. It’s a very quiet neighborhood with the most noise being the traffic sounds from the highway, but for me it was not annoying. I moved here to have a place in Augusta while I was in nursing school and the quiet community afforded me plenty of uninterrupted study time. Maintenance is prompt and gets the job done and pest control made sure there were no... bugs. Throughout my year here, I had no safety issues, which was important since I would often leave early and get back really late. Overall, I would recommend Marks Church Commons to my family and friends because for me, it felt like home.
